Separately, PRS’s healthcare report includes an illustrative 200-bed hospital projection. It assumes a 15% saving on HVAC-associated energy consumption and projects annual energy savings of £279,143, using a scaled Barts Health baseline.

These are modelled figures, not measured savings from a 200-bed hospital installation. The report’s wider financial projections also include non-energy benefits.
